By downloading or using dailymind-full planner you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using the app

dailymind-full planner is a personal planner and reflection tool. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device secure. Do not use the app for anything unlawful or to harm others.

2. Not medical or professional advice

Cycle tracking, moon and astrology content, and AI-generated insights are provided for general reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not use the app to prevent or plan pregnancy or to diagnose or treat any condition.

3. Subscriptions (dailymind-full planner Plus)

• dailymind-full planner Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or annually. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by region.
• If a free trial is offered, it is shown on the purchase screen. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, your subscription renews automatically and your Apple ID account is charged for the next period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• You can restore a previous purchase from the paywall screen using “Restore purchase.”

4. AI-generated content

Some features use an AI model to generate text. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so use your own judgment. You are responsible for how you use it.

5. Your content

The things you write in the app belong to you and are stored on your device. You give us only the limited permission needed to process them when you use a feature that requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Our rights

The app, its design, text, and code belong to MEMLE, a DBA of Cozy-hearted LLC or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, and may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell it except as the law allows.

7. Apple

These terms are between you and MEMLE, a DBA of Cozy-hearted LLC, not Apple. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

8. Disclaimer and limits

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Changes and ending use

We may update the app and these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the app at any time.
